Appointments

• If you must cancel your appointment with us, we appreciate at-least a 24-hour notice.
• Any appointments or cancellations must be made via telephone only.

Policies

• Returns and exchanges will be made within ten (10) days of purchase, except discontinued, special order and discounted items on which all sales are final. Makeup and jewelry are non-returnable/non-refundable.
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card and Cash are accepted forms of payment.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• No pets allowed in the salon.
